Chris Carson

Vice President

Chris heads up SI Construction Services and is responsible for three crews installing lawn crypt and columbarium niche projects throughout the United States.

BIOGRAPHY:  Chris graduated from General Motors training center in 1972 and began working in vehicle and plant maintenance at Individual Mausoleum Company (IMC).

Together with a partner, he purchased IMC in 1989 and developed an aggressive stance toward expansion in the retail monument trade and cemetery construction, which included mausoleums, lawn crypts, columbaria and features and grew their business five fold.  Suhor Industries purchased Individual Mausoleum in October 2000 and changed the company name to SI Funeral Services in 2005.

Chris resides in Parsons, Kansas with his wife Joyce.  They have one daughter and two granddaughters.

Homer Routh

Senior Project Manager

Homer grew up in Collins and Weaubleau, Missouri.  Homer joined Suhor Industries in 1991 and worked in the Wastewater Division installing pressure sewer systems, wastewater treatment plants and lawn crypts.  He relocated to El Paso and was Plant Manager of SI Funeral Services manufacturing facility.

Homer is now Senior Project Manager for SI Construction Services.  He is OSHA certified for excavation supervisor and construction safety.

Homer resides in Humansville, Missouri with his wife Pat.

Chuck Fugate

Project Manager

Chuck Fugate grew up in the Altamont/Bartlett, Kansas area.  In 1996, he joined Individual Mausoleum and began working in the construction division.  His previous work experience includes fabrication with Hackney & Sons, Inc.

Chuck is currently a project manager for SI Construction Services.  He has earned his OSHA certification in excavation supervisor and construction safety.

Chuck is resides in Parsons, Kansas with his wife, Megan and their two sons, Jackson and Lucas.

Brent Monk

Project Manager

Brent Monk is from Oakdale, Louisiana.  Prior to joining SI Construction Services, Brent worked in his father's business, Monk Vault Company, for 25 years.  He purchased the business from his father and managed it for five years, then sold the business to Suhor Industries.  He joined the construction division in 2005.

He has earned his OSHA certification in excavation supervisor and construction safety.

Brent current resides in Oakdale, Louisiana.

Ralph Guevara

Construction Foreman

Ralph Guevara grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He studied construction surveying at OSU Okmulgee Trade School and joined Suhor Industries in 1990 at the Tulsa manufacturing facility.

In 1997, Ralph transferred to the monument division of Suhor Industries where he performed cemetery lettering, sandblasting and was also a monument salesman.  In 2001, Ralph relocated to Amarillo, Texas to assume the responsibilities of Plant Manager of the SI Funeral Services manufacturing facility.

Ralph joined SI Construction Services in 2005.  He has earned his OSHA certification in excavation supervisor and construction safety. 

He resides in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.

Pat Routh

Administrative Assistant for On-Site Construction

Pat Routh grew up in Weaubleau, Missouri.  She joined Suhor Industries in 1991 and assisted her husband, Homer, in managing the manufacturing facility in El Paso, Texas.

Pat is the on-site construction administrative assistant and is also an equipment operator.   Pat has earned her OSHA certification in excavation supervisor and construction safety.

When not traveling with SI Construction Services, Pat resides in Humansville, Missouri with her husband Homer.

Joyce Carson

Construction Coordinator

Joyce Carson grew up in Oswego, Kansas.  Joyce holds a Master's Degree from Pittsburg State University in education.  She taught in public and parochial schools in Parsons, Kansas for 13 years and joined Individual Mausoleum in 1995.  Joyce is currently SI Construction Services coordinator. 

Joyce resides in Parsons, Kansas with her husband, Chris.  They have one daughter and two granddaughters.
