Calverton National Cemetery is
located in eastern Long Island between the towns of
Manorville and Riverhead in Suffolk County. It
was constructed in 1978 and is one of three national
cemeteries on Long Island.
In December 2005, SI Construction
Services completed the installation of 2,418
columbarium niches at Calverton National Cemetery.
